Carrot Cake Oats

Hey Everyone! I woke up today feeling groggy and chilled, which seems to happen a lot this time of year as we transition into winter. A big bowl of oats is one of my favorite ways to fight that feeling because it's warming, comforting and also gives you a nice burst of energy. I love getting creative with how I prepare my oats so I pretty much never make the same kind over again, but I can honestly say I will definitely be repeating this recipe! I hope you enjoy!
