Introduction

Hello, fellow healthy eaters and those aspiring to be! Welcome to my blog, my name is Kenna Lee and I'm 18 years old. In the last year I've lost 50 lbs by simply shifting my perspective on what it means to fuel my body. I've started this blog with the hope that I can provide inspiration and creative ideas for those of you looking to clean up your diet, too. My journey to health started with a desire to lose weight for the purpose of a career in modeling. I began by removing processed foods and refined sugar. The results were instant and I felt better. About six months later, I decided to take the plunge and eat solely plant based. I wouldn't call myself a vegan because I do eat honey and fish occasionally but I am dairy, gluten, red meat and poultry free. Making food that tastes good on a limited budget, limited time and limited ingredients has been a creative venture that I've fully enjoyed. My recipes are original, clean and nutrient dense.
